Wittenbach Memorial Scholarship

Preference shall be given, though not limited to, students who are residents of Southwest Spokane County and who are enrolled in CAHNRS at Washington State University, majoring in agriculture or related. The students must be regularly enrolled on a full-time basis to qualify and each scholarship may be awarded for any period from one to four years, with the amount of each scholarship to be made in the discretion of the University, but in any event, shall not exceed two-thirds of the cost of the board, room, books, and other usual and ordinary expenses at the University.  Selection of recipients shall be on the basis of financial need, scholarship, and potential for growth and development: a grade point average of 2.5 must be maintained for each quarter or semester after award of the scholarship in order to continue to be eligible for the scholarship award and if this does not happen, the award is to be terminated.
