The Washington State Federation of Garden Clubs was established to offer assistance to a worthy student to encourage the attainment of his or her ultimate goal. Awarded to a student majoring in Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Conservation, Forestry, Agronomy, Plant Pathology, Environmental Concern, City Planning, Land Management, and/or other allied subjects including Alternate Energy. The applicant must have good academic records as well as a need for financial aid.
