This scholarship was established by Paul A. Weir to honor his mother, Frances M. Roder.
Funds for this scholarship shall be used to award one or more scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in the following areas of study according to the selection criteria set by the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences: Apparel, Merchandising, Design and Textiles; Food Sciences; Human Nutrition; Human Development; Interior Design.
