The Chinook District of the Washington State Federation of Garden Clubs has supported annual scholarship for Horticulture for over 20 years. The Chinook District Garden Club was federated in 1964 and belongs to the Pacific Region of National Garden Clubs, Inc., the largest volunteer gardening organization in the world.
