You’ve found the home of the Transformational Change Initiative (TCI) at Washington State University. This student-centered implementation and research project is well underway creating an innovative framework for student success from matriculation through graduation and beyond. From its inception in 2016, the TCI has launched several projects in support of student success and we’re building momentum that will continue to support the priorities articulated in WSU’s strategic plan and the Drive to 25.
Please explore our site to learn more about the initiative, its components, who’s involved and what it means to have an exceptional, transformational student experience at WSU.
