5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Ensminger Pavilion


Our parking permit process has changed and our industry partners that will be on-campus the day of our event will need to register their vehicle with their license plate number. Your parking pass will be in the Green 1 parking zone outside of Ensminger Pavilion and emailed to the person that registered for the event. map

After 3:30 pm just prior to the event, we’ll have to submit parking passes at Ensminger Pavilion.

Please email if you need to be added to your companies parking list.

3:30 p.m.    Employer Check-in and Setup tables by 4:45 pm

We’ll provide a round table (with linen included), one on-campus parking pass, and assistance by students to help you with load in/load out.  Most companies will bring company promotional swag to handout, internship and career job descriptions.

5:00 p.m.  Students Check-In

5:10 p.m.  Event starts  

7:00 p.m.  End of the event

WSU employees, students as well as contractors, vendors and visitors must wear a mask at indoor activities included our Speed Networking Night.  We’ll keep our industry partners up-to-date on WSU requirements before you come onto campus.
