5:00 – 6:30 p.m.

Ensminger Pavilion – 455 Lincoln Dr.


We will provide you with a Green 1 parking pass that can be utilized in multiple locations located on the map.  If you choose to utilize the Green 1 parking pass, please call (253-335-1205) once you arrive on-campus and I will meet you at Hulbert Hall.  After 3:30 pm just prior to the event, we’ll have passes available at Ensminger Pavilion while you unload your supplies.

3:30 p.m.    Employer Check-in and Setup Booths by 4:45 pm

We’ll provide one 8 ft. table (no table linen included), two chairs, one on-campus parking pass, and assistance by students to help you with load in/load out. If you need additional space, you may purchase an additional booth.  Most companies will bring company promotional swag to handout, table cloth, internship and career job descriptions.  We’ll provide pizza during setup.

5:00 p.m.    Students Check-In & Explore Employer Booths

6:30 p.m.    End of the event

7:30 p.m.    Happy Hour – Trailside Taproom – 505 SE Riverview St.

For Industry Partners, Students, Faculty, and Staff over the age of 21.  Please feel free to invite students that you meet at Networking Night or past interns/employees.
