Set up through a will, funds from this memorial scholarship will be to provide educational expenses for students in preparation for careers in management and conservation of our natural resources. The estate of Frances Premo provided for scholarships to needy and worthy students in the College of Agriculture in the particular fields of soil conservation, forestry and wildlife management.
