Those considered eligible for this scholarship shall be citizens of the United States and regularly enrolled as junior-level students at WSU. Further, those eligible shall be pursuing a degree in the Department of Agronomy and Soils, with special preference being given to students expressing interest in crop production. These scholarships shall be awarded on the basis of academic achievement and financial need.
