Floch, Travirse M. and Eula Boggan Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is in memory of Travirse M. Floch (1884-1970) and his wife Eula Boggan Floch (1884-1968), both pioneer residents of Asotin County, Washington.  Both were born and lived in Asotin County all their lives and were very interested in the education of young people.

Award Requirements : Students receiving this scholarship should be full-time, regularly enrolled undergraduate students majoring in agriculture and have completed their sophomore year.
