Keller, Fred A. Agricultural Scholarship

A  freshman or sophomore scholarship is to be awarded to an outstanding graduating senior in the Pullman High School who plans to study agriculture at Washington State University. The applicant must be a graduate of the Pullman High School and must be in the upper one-half of the graduating class.
