Webb, James W. Scholarship

James W. Webb was a member of the WSU Class of 1935 and long time teacher of vocational agriculture and Principal at Ritzville High School, Ritzville, WA.  This fund was established by his daughter, M. Susan Webb (now deceased), member of the WSU class of 1967.

Those considered eligible for scholarships hereunder must be currently enrolled in agricultural education, preferably but not necessarily of junior or senior status, and must have a grade point average equivalent to at least 2.0 out of a possible 4.0 with preference being given to those who have a grade point average of not less than 2.50.  Within the above limitations, the awards shall be based on financial need and character.
