This gift is inspired by graduate student Laura Valli’s work in rye with the hope that her contributions further the study of the grain.
The principal of this Fund shall be used to support WSU Bread Lab graduate student(s), their vision, and their work with grains and innovation around Rye grain. Funds can be used for the graduate student’s research and work to complete their academic studies at WSU. King Arthur would like the supported graduate student communicate and contribute research summaries to them.
