Student Legacy Agriculture Future of America (AFA) Scholarship

Posted by nitcy | December 10, 2019

Jenica Hagler created this scholarship to recognize the commitment and excellence of a CAHNRS student serving as a Campus Ambassador or Student Advisory Team for the AFA organization.  Jenica Hagler is a graduate from the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences. As a student, Jenica took part in several leadership opportunities, one of which being the Agriculture Future of America Program.  Agriculture Future of America provides premiere personal and professional development programs to college students and young professionals in agriculture. Jenica established this scholarship because she believes in the future of the agriculture industry and AFA’s crucial role in preparing student leaders for their future in the industry. AFA will help equip students with professional development, soft skill development, agriculture exploration, and networking.
