Website access
All content contributors and editors must complete website accessibility training before gaining access to a WSU website. The training is required by the University and takes about an hour. You must complete the training yearly. Training is available online.
Once you complete web accessibility training:
- Fill out the Web Support form
- Have your supervisor/department chair/website owner email the Web Service Center at cahnrs.web.support@wsu.edu approving your access request
- Once you complete the above two steps, you will be granted access to your site

Google Analytics access
- Users must link their WSU email address to a Google Account before requesting access.
- Users can request access by filling out the Web Support form.
New website
We will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the scope, desired timeline, and details of this project. Please fill out the Web Support form to start your project.
Training
Ignite WordPress training
You will receive an email with a link to training materials once you’ve completed web accessibility training and are granted access to a site.
Web Design System one-on-one training
This option is available for departments or teams transitioning their website/s into the new WSU Web Design System. The Web Service Center will provide up to 2 hours of training at no charge.
Accessibility check
- If you have a new website, the Web Service Center will provide an accessibility check free of charge. This process takes two weeks and must be requested in advance of website launch.
- Accessibility checks outside the original/first check are billable at $65/hr.
- Please fill out the Web Support form with your request.
Technical support
Are you experiencing a technical issue with your website? Please submit the details of the issue using the web support form and our department will contact you to follow up.
Content updates
Content updates are a billable task. The average cost for a department is $12 per page with a minimum $65 charge.

Custom HTML Email Development
The Web Service Center can build custom HTML emails and newsletters. Most projects are billable at $65/hr. Projects can take 1-6 hours to complete, depending on the scope of the project. Please submit your request well in advance.
