Please note: the web service center charges $65/hr for HTML email development. Most emails take 1-6 hours, depending on the design and mailing needs. Please submit your request two weeks in advance of your desired send date. We will provide an estimate based on your needs. If you are sending your email through crimson communique, please allow an additional two weeks for sending (total of 4 weeks for build and send).
