Tannin Management from Vine to Wine

This one-day workshop will cover the management of tannins in the vineyard and winery. This workshop will cover factors impacting tanning development in the vineyard as well changes in their concentration and composition during winemaking. In addition, tastings will illustrate factors that can influence wine mouthfeel and astringency related to tanning composition.
