Plant Sciences Building

The new Plant Sciences Building is a modern research facility and collaborative space for scientists and students. Here, Washington State University develops solutions to our most pressing scientific challenges in fields like horticulture, plant pathology, crop and soil science, and plant biochemistry.

The latest addition to the V. Lane Rawlins Research and Education Complex, the Plant Sciences Building is located on the Pullman campus, surrounded by the colorful farmlands of eastern Washington.

The facility will continue WSU’s land-grant legacy, helping train the next generation of researchers and industry professionals who will move Washington state into the future. Scientific research based in the Plant Sciences Building will bolster Washington agriculture’s presence in the global marketplace.
