Mary Tipton, now deceased, established this scholarship to honor her husband, Royal Tipton, who passed away in 2001. They have three children and two foster children. Royal was a career officer in the Army. They lived in various places around the U.S. and spent some time in Europe. Scholarship shall be awarded to students in the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences.
