Biography

Ms. Smith, RD, MA, is Associate Professor with WSU Extension. Her research and publications include food access/food security, direct to consumer marketing, and program implementation. As co-PI coordinator of the Farm to Family Direct to consumer project, Smith conducted a needs assessment, created nutrition education tools to increase produce utilization, and promoted the program through social and print media.
