Biography

Dr. Zachary Cartwright is a lead food scientist and isotherm application consultant at AQUALAB by Addium, located in Pullman, WA. He specializes in complete moisture control and dryer optimization in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, cannabis, and industrial industries. While at WSU for his PhD, Zachary worked with Dr. Charles Edwards to research the characterization and control of wine spoilage yeasts.
