WSU’s College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) is excited to welcome our industry partners back on campus to recruit our outstanding students for future career and internship opportunities in-person at our Fall Networking Night from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in Ensminger Pavilion on the Pullman, WA campus.

Registration Costs

Registration is $350 per company including two company recruiters. This fee covers:

  1. One 8ft table (no linen included)
  2. Heavy appetizers for two recruiters
  3. Two parking passes
  4. Wireless internet and storage of pre-shipped display materials
  5. A CAHNRS thank-you gift bag
  6. Optional rooms for student interviewing the following day

If you are bringing more than two representatives, please select and indicate those details under “extra item options” when you register your group on Handshake

This event is advertised to all CAHNRS majors. If you would like to include information at your booth about the majors you would like to talk to, that would be very helpful for students as they make their way around!

Planning for the Career Fair:

  • Please pay your registration fee at your earliest convenience to secure your company’s access to the event by Thursday October 3rd.
  • Please arrive at the designated check-in times and locations. Details will be emailed out to registered employers only.
  • Check-in starts at 3:30 in Ensminger Pavilion. You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information for the day.
  • Event starts at 5:00 pm
  • Event ends at 7:00 pm
  • All booths must be packed up by 7:30 pm

NOTE: Please allow for an extra day for delivery, as mail sent to campus is first received by Central Receiving and then distributed to its final destination on campus. Please schedule a pick-up at Hulbert 423 before 4:30pm on the day of the career fair.


Parking permits are required for all campus parking. Permits will be emailed to those registered to attend the Friday before the career fair. Permits are email-specific, so please ensure those who need a permit are registered, and emails are updated. Each permit will be valid for a Green 1 parking space. You can check-in at Ensminger Pavilion from 3:30pm – 4:45pm. You will receive specific booth assignment and important information for the day. Please see the WSU parking map for parking and building locations. Map (pdf).

Things to Know After Registration

Additional Guests

If you have an addition to the number of guests who will be attending our Speed Networking Night in Ensminger and may be joining us for dinner, please make additions and corrections on the CAHNRS payment page.


We can provide parking permits for those who will be on campus the day of our event before 5:00 pm. You will need to register your vehicle with your license plate number. Your parking pass will be in any available lot. Please reach out to cahnrs.majors@wsu.edu to initiate this process IN ADVANCE. map Parking is free after 5:00 pm and hourly parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis near Ensminger.

Day of Event Schedule

3:30-4:30 p.m.   Employer Check-in and Setup tables 

We will provide an 8ft table (no linen included), one on-campus parking pass, and assistance by students to help you with load in/load out. Most companies will bring company promotional swag to handout, internships, and career job descriptions.

4:30-5:00 p.m.  Students Check-In

5:00 p.m.  Networking event begins, scholarship drawings throughout the evening  

7:00 p.m. Official ending of event

7:00-8:00 p.m. Appetizers and drinks served in Lighty Atrium
