CTLL Affiliates Program

The Center for Transformational Learning & Leadership (CTLL) is dedicated to promoting thriving for individuals, groups, and communities by facilitating transformational experiential learning opportunities. We collaboratively design and lead values-based, DEIB-informed, mindful and emotionally present experiences through classes, professional development workshops and programs, curriculum development, and international experiences. We invite faculty, staff, and partners engaged in related work to collaborate with us and other affiliates to maximize impact.

Benefits of the program

The benefits of participating in the CTLL Affiliates program include:

  • Learn and grow in content areas of values, mindful emotional and social intelligence, interpersonal communication, belonging, and leadership
  • Engage with an interdisciplinary network of scholars and practitioners involved in work that promotes flourishing and thriving
  • Develop collaborative partnerships for new initiatives, programs, facilitation opportunities, evaluation, research, publications, and grants
  • Become eligible for seed grant opportunities
  • Promote your work through a network with related interests
