WSU’s College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) is excited to welcome our industry partners back on campus to recruit our outstanding students for future career and internship opportunities in-person at our CAHNRS 2026 Involvement & Networking Night from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Lighty Student Services Building on the Pullman campus. An Employer Appreciation Reception for all employers will follow in the Atrium Cafe on the first floor.
Registration Costs
Registration is $300 per company including two company recruiters. This fee covers:
- One 8ft table (no linen included)
- 2 drink tickets & appetizers for two of your recruiters at the Employer Appreciation Reception
- Two parking passes
- Wireless internet and storage of pre-shipped display materials
- A CAHNRS thank-you gift bag for two recruiters
- Optional rooms for student interviewing the following day
- An opportunity to connect with students in a classroom, participate in resume reviews, etc.
If you are bringing more than two representatives, please select and indicate those details under “extra item options” when you register your group on Handshake. Upon registering additional employer representatives, all are welcome to attend the Appreciation Reception.
This event is advertised to all CAHNRS majors. If you would like to include information at your booth about the majors you would like to talk to, that would be very helpful for students as they make their way around!
Planning for the Networking Night:
- Please pay your registration fee at your earliest convenience to secure your company’s access to the event.
- Please arrive at the designated check-in times and locations. Details with specific parking instructions will be emailed out to registered employers only.
- Check-in starts at 3:30 p.m. in the Lighty Student Services Building on the second floor. This is the main entrance off NE Wilson Road. Our signage will help identify the location. You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information at that time.
- Event starts at 5:00 p.m.
- Event ends at 7:00 p.m.
- Employer Appreciation Reception from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
- All booths must be packed up by 7:30 p.m.

Note: Please mail by Wednesday, February 4th, to ensure on-time delivery, as mail sent to campus is first received by Central Receiving and then distributed to its final destination on campus. Schedule a pick-up at Hulbert 423 on the day of the career fair.
Parking
Parking permits are required for all campus parking. Permits will be emailed to those registered to attend the Friday before the career fair. Permits are email-specific, so please ensure those who need a permit are registered, and emails are updated. Each permit will be valid for a Green 1 parking space. Check-In
Check in at Lighty Student Services is from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will receive a specific booth assignment and important information for the day. Please see the WSU parking map for parking and building locations. Map (pdf).

If you have additional guests who will be attending our Career Fair and Networking Night in the Lighty Student Services Building, please let us know!
Parking
We can provide parking permits for those who will be on campus the day of our event before 5:00 p.m. You will need to register your vehicle with your license plate number. Your parking pass will be in any available lot. Please reach out to cahnrs.majors@wsu.edu to initiate this process in advance. Map (PDF) Parking is free after 5:00 p.m. and hourly parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis near Lighty Student Services.

Day of Event Schedule
3:30-4:30 p.m. Employer Check-in and Setup tables
We will provide an 8ft table (no linen included), one on-campus parking pass, and assistance by students to help you with load in/load out. Most companies will bring company promotional swag to handout, internships, and career job descriptions.
4:30-5:00 p.m. Students Check-In
5:00 p.m. Networking event begins, students register for scholarships
7:00 p.m. Official ending of event
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Employer Appreciation Reception
